I really felt like in a sanctuary. This resort is an oasis of silence. It's a very special resort, very different of others. You feel connected 100% with the nature. The beautiful beaches and the views delight your eyes. The amenities were amaizing, as well as the resort's staff. Special thx to Wanda, Celine, Aris, Robin, Hamidah, Agus, Dimas, Farid, Cahyo, Rani and everyone else we interacted with. Thank you for the wonderful stay Sheraton Belitung.

The place is very beautiful with a private beach and a nice swimming pool. The beach is very clean with less wind so the kids can safely play and swim there. The breakfast was wonderful with various foods from Western to Asian. We booked an extra bed for our oldest kid and the room is still pretty spacious.

Everything. The breakfast is very good, the spa is amazing, the rooms are incredible, well designed, large and comfortable with a balcony. The staff is so professional and kind. You will rest and enjoy all the facilities with many activities (a large swimming pool, boat excursions, etc…).

Staffs are helpful. They are full of service with heart. Room The ambiance is peaceful and silent. Perfect for retreat. The place is hidden, to reach there need to rent a car because it is located inside a tropical forest around 2-3 km from the main street. It is a very natural place with a private beach, they keep it clean. The building also has a natural design. The room is clean and comfy. Food is well served in a 5-star hotel. Thank you to Sheraton Belitung Resort for making our holiday wonderful.

The room was superb, spacious, clean, with all the comfort it can provide. The bed quality is top notch, and lots of drawers to unpack clothing for long stays. Room facilities are abundant from hair dryer to coffee maker. The bathroom is very aesthetic with two sinks, showers also equipped with a rainfall outlet. The room temperature was great, and the balcony provides sitting area with ocean view and an outdoor bathtub that can be relaxing after a long day. Breakfast menu is great with variety of choices, very suitable for families. The food's high quality for room service is as expected for such high rated resort. But most of all, it is the excellent service from the staff which gives me the best impression, to the point where they are willing to be as helpful as they can be for families with little children.

Our stay at the Sheraton resort was perfect. It is a resort surrounded by nature where peace reigns and you can relax in the beautiful pool overlooking the sea or on the white beach with direct access from the property. The resort offers several interesting indoor and outdoor activities. We tried kayaking with snorkeling equipment and it was great to be able to reach several small islands from the beach in a few minutes where we also spotted turtles.

The hotel is located on a beatiful sandy beach with a convenient access to the sea and an ultimate proximity to nearby islands. Island hopping is a must do activity. The room was tidy. The bed was very confy to sleep. The hotel staff was extremely helpful.

Delicious and fresh, with plenty of variety! Loved the fresh pastries and coffee. Can’t beat having the restaurant right on the sand.
