The room was superb, spacious, clean, with all the comfort it can provide. The bed quality is top notch, and lots of drawers to unpack clothing for long stays. Room facilities are abundant from hair dryer to coffee maker. The bathroom is very aesthetic with two sinks, showers also equipped with a rainfall outlet. The room temperature was great, and the balcony provides sitting area with ocean view and an outdoor bathtub that can be relaxing after a long day. Breakfast menu is great with variety of choices, very suitable for families. The food's high quality for room service is as expected for such high rated resort. But most of all, it is the excellent service from the staff which gives me the best impression, to the point where they are willing to be as helpful as they can be for families with little children.

The place is hidden, to reach there need to rent a car because it is located inside a tropical forest around 2-3 km from the main street. It is a very natural place with a private beach, they keep it clean. The building also has a natural design. The room is clean and comfy. Food is well served in a 5-star hotel. Thank you to Sheraton Belitung Resort for making our holiday wonderful.
